Melanie Thompson is living an extremely blessed life in Las Vegas, Nevada, with her husband, and Co-Director Will and their thirteen year old twins, Megan Rose and George Alexander.
Melanie, a former medical practice consultant/administrator, with a nursing background in Clinical Psychopharmacology, is now a full time Mom. Will, a professional award winning photographer and modeling/talent agent spends his time building acting and modeling careers for local Las Vegans with his stunning photography skills. Will works on location and in house doing photo shoots for the modeling and talent industry in the tri-state area and local Las Vegas performance artists. Extremely interested in promoting the importance of community service for Nevada’s youth, Will and Melanie along with their children are extremely active and regularly donate time, energy, and services to the following organizations: the Lungevity Foundation, Knights of Columbus, American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Autism Speaks, Nevada F.E.A.T, and the Infant Loss Awareness program at Sunrise Hospital.
Melanie became active in pageantry in 1983 while coaching her younger sister who competed and won a variety of titles in several California systems. She resurrected her pageant skills in 2004 for her daughter, Megan who has competed in some of Nevada’s pageant systems including Cinderella, National American Miss, and National American Co-ed. Megan has won several preliminary and state titles and was AAMTC 2008 Model and Talent of the Year. Melanie and Will became directors with All American Girl because they feel strongly that pageant competition can build confident, poised, well spoken young women who value community service and make America’s future a brighter one.
